بررسی اثر محلولپاشی برگی عصاره جلبک دریایی و کود مایع مرغی بر رشد رویشی و عملکرد زعفران ( Crocus sativus L)
مدیریت تغذیه یکی از مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر رشد و عملکرد زعفران به شمار میروند. به منظور بررسی اثر محلولپاشی عصاره جلبک دریایی آکادین و کود مایع مرغی بیومیکس، آزمایشی بر رشد رویشی، بنه و عملکرد زعفران انجام شد. این آزمایش درسالهای 1396 تا 1397 به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در شهرستان فردوس اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل چهار سطح جلبک دریایی آکادین (صفر، 1، 5/1 و 2 کیلوگرم در هزار لیتر آب) و چهار سطح کود مرغی مایع بیومیکس (صفر، 4، 5 و 6 در هزار) بودند. نتایج بیانگر تأثیر معنیدار تیمارهای مورد استفاده بر صفات مورد بررسی بود، بهطوریکه بیشترین تعداد گل (50/99 عدد گل در مترمربع)، عملکرد تَر گل (34/33 گرم در مترمربع)، وزن کلاله خشک زعفران (341/0 گرم در مترمربع)، وزن خشک برگ (592/0 گرم در بوته) و طول برگ (75/63 سانتیمتر) در تیمار 2 در هزار عصاره جلبک دریایی بدست آمد. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان دهنده تأثیر معنیدار کود مایع مرغی بر تعداد و عملکرد گل تر (250/94 در مترمربع و 285/32 گرم در مترمربع بهترتیب)، طول برگ (66/60 سانتیمتر)، وزن تَر و خشک برگ (74/0 و 46/0 گرم در بوته بهترتیب) و وزن کل بنه دختری (02/37 گرم در بوته) بود. همچنین کمترین مقدار صفات ذکر شده نیز از تیمار شاهد مشاهده گردید. اثر متقابل این دو کود نیز بر وزن تَر و خشک برگ و وزن کل و متوسط قطر بنه دختری معنیدار بود، بهطوریکه وزن تَر و خشک برگ (210% و 273% بهترتیب) در تیمار 2 کیلوگرم در هزار عصاره جلبک دریایی و 6 در هزار کود مایع مرغی و وزن کل و متوسط قطر بنه دختری (33% و 50% بهترتیب) در تیمار 2 کیلوگرم در هزار عصاره جلبک دریایی و صفر در هزار کود مایع مرغی بیشترین افزایش را داشت. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، استفاده از عصاره جلبک دریایی آکادین (2 در هزار لیتر آب) به تنهایی یا همراه با کود مایع مرغی بیومیکس (6 در هزار) میتواند نقش مؤثری در افزایش رشد رویشی، بنه و عملکرد زعفران داشته باشد.

اثر بقایای بنه و عصاره آن بر عملکرد برگ و گل زعفران (Crocus sativus L.)تحت تاثیر سنین مختلف بقایای مزرعه زعفران
یکی از مشکلات موجود در کشت زعفران، عدم امکان کشت مجدد آن در یک مزرعه میباشد. مطالعه جهت شناسایی علل عدم امکان کشت مجدد زعفران ضروری به نظر میرسد. این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثر سنین مختلف خاک مزرعه زعفران و همچنین کاربرد بنه و عصاره آن بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گل و برگ زعفران، بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی و با سه تکرار در سالهای زراعی 96-1395و 97-1396 در محیط و شرایط طبیعی واقع در شهرستان تربتحیدریه انجام گردید. فاکتور اول سن مزرعه در سه سطح (شامل شاهد یا خاک مزرعه بدون کشت زعفران، خاک مزرعه دوسال پس از خروج بنه و خاک مزرعه تحت کشت زعفران در سال چهارم) و فاکتور دوم کاربرد بنه و عصاره بنه زعفران در سه سطح (شامل عدم مصرف بنه به عنوان شاهد، بنه خرد شده زعفران به میزان 14 تن در هکتار و مصرف عصاره آبی بنه با غلظت 50 درصد) بود. نتایج نشان داد صفات مورد بررسی تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد کشت مجدد زعفران در مزرعه باعث کاهش معنیدار (0.05 ≥p) عملکرد برگ و گل زعفران به ترتیب بهمیزان بیش از 17 و 27 درصد شدهاست. همچنین کاربرد عصاره آبی و بنه خرد شده زعفران باعث کاهش بیش از 10 درصدی اجزای گل و برگ زعفران گردید. بیشترین عملکرد کلاله و برگ در تیمار شاهد (به ترتیب 88/9 و 97/240 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و کمترین آنها در تیمار خاک مزرعه دو سال پس از خروج بنه و مصرف بنه خرد شده (به ترتیب 27/2 و 09/16 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بدست آمد. بنابراین بر اساس نتایج، بقایای بنه زعفران در مزرعه باعث کاهش معنیدار رشد و عملکرد برگ و اجزاء گل زعفران میگردد که پیشنهاد میشود به منظور کشت مجدد زعفران در یک مزرعه، بقایای زعفران کشت شده سالهای قبل از خاک خارج شده تا اثرات خود آسیبی آن مانع رشد و عملکرد زعفران جدید نشود.

بررسی امکان کاربرد علفکشها همراه با ادجونتها در کنترل علفهای هرز پهنبرگ زعفران
بهمنظور بررسی امکان مصرف دزهای مختلف برخی علفکشها در اختلاط با مواد افزودنی برای کنترل علفهای هرز پهنبرگ زعفران، آزمایشی مزرعهای در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح آﻣﺎری بلوک ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ موردبررسی در اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ کاربرد علفکشهای اگزادیازون، اکسی فلورفن، ریم سولفورون و دای کامبا + تریتوسولفورون به ترتیب در مقادیر توصیهشده 500، 700، 10 و 150 گرم ماده مؤثره در هکتار بدون ماده افزودنی و در مقادیر کاهش یافته 375، 480، 5/7 و 112 گرم ماده مؤثره در هکتار بهتنهایی و در اختلاط با مواد افزودنی سیتوگیت (2/0درصد حجمی) و هیومیکس (25/0 درصد حجمی ) به همراه دو تیمار شاهد بدون کنترل و وجین دستی بودند. علفهای هرز هفتبند و شاهی وحشی با تراکم نسبی 26 و 5/20 درصد به ترتیب بیشترین تراکم را در میان علفهای هرز به خود اختصاص دادند. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد وﺟﯿﻦ ﮐﺮدن بهطور قابلملاحظهای عملکرد گل و بنه زعفران را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ داد. کاهش دز علفکشهای اکسی فلورفن و اگزادیازون باعث کاهش خسارت این علفکشها به زعفران شد ولی افزودن سیتوگیت به این علفکشها خسارت گیاهسوزی در زعفران را افزایش داد. افزودن هیومیکس به این علفکشها تأثیری در افزایش یا کاهش گیاهسوزی نداشت. کاهش دز علفکشهای دای کامبا + تریتوسولفورون و ریم سولفورون اگرچه باعث کاهش گیاهسوزی و افزایش عملکرد زعفران شد ولی این علفکشها حتی در دز کاهشیافته نیز پتانسیل خسارت به مزارع زعفران را دارند. افزودن ماده افزودنی سیتوگیت به این علفکشها میتواند کاراییها این علفکشها در کنترل علفهای ﻫﺮز را افزایش دهد ولی با توجه به پتانسیل خسارت این علفکشها به زعفران کاربرد این علفکشها در مزارع زعفران حتی در دزهای کاهشیافته نیز توصیه نمیشود، تیمارهای کاربرد علفکش اکسی فلورفن در مقادیر 480 گرم ماده مؤثره در هکتار بهتنهایی و در اختلاط با هیومیکس، بهترین تیمارها جهت استفاده در زعفران بود درحالیکه امکان مصرف علفکش اگزادیازون در مقدار 375 گرم ماده مؤثره در هکتار برای کنترل علفهای هرز پهنبرگ زعفران نیز وجود دارد.

تأثیر امواج فراصوت، دما، نور، کیتوسان و تنظیمکنندههای رشد گیاهی بر کالوسزایی زعفران (Crocus sativus L.)
زعفران به عنوان گیاهی چندساله و تریپلوئید بهدلیل داشتن متابولیتهای ثانویه ارزشمند، یکی از مهمترین گیاهان دارویی دنیا محسوب میشود. مطالعهی حاضر با هدف ارزیابی عوامل مختلف (نوع اکسین، امواج فراصوت، دما، نور و کیتوسان) بر کالوسزایی و رشد کالوس در ریزنمونههای بنه زعفران در قالب دو آزمایش انجام شد. در آزمایش اول تأثیر امواج فراصوت و نوع اکسین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور بنههای زعفران پس از ضدعفونی به قسمتهای مساوی تقسیم و پس از تیمار با امواج فراصوت، روی محیط کشت MS حاوی mg.l-1 2 اکسین (NAA و 2,4-D) به همراه mg.l-1 2Kin کشت شدند. در آزمایش دوم، تأثیر درجه حرارت، کیتوسان و روشنایی بطورجداگانه بر کالوسزایی و رشد کالوس مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که بین تیمارها از نظر درصد کالوسزایی و وزن تر کالوس در ماه دوم و سوم پس از کشت تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد. محیط کشت MS حاوی0.5 mg.l-1 Kin + 2 mg.l-1 NAA از نظر درصد کالوسزایی و رشد کالوس ریزنمونههای بنه زعفران در مقایسه با محیط کشت MS حاوی 0.5 mg.l-1 Kin + 2 mg.l-1 2,4-D از کارایی بالاتری برخوردار بود. در محیط کشت MS حاوی 2,4-D که درصد کالوسزایی و رشد کالوس پایین بود، استفاده از تیمار زخمزنی با استفاده از تیمار امواج فراصوت باعث تقویت رشد کالوس گردید. در آزمایش دوم نیز درصد کالوسزایی و رشد ریزنمونهها در محیطکشت حاوی NAA بطور معنیداری بیشتر از 2,4-Dبود. علاوهبراین در آزمایش دوم، در محیط کشت MS حاوی 2,4-D استفاده از کیتوسان با غلظت g.l-1 25/0 باعث تحریک القای کالوس گردید و فراوانی کالوسزایی ریزنمونههای بنه زعفران در این محیط کشت را افزایش داد، ولی افزایش غلظت کیتوسان از g.l-125/0 بهg.l-1 75/0 کالوسزایی و رشد کالوس را کاهش داد. در حالی که در محیط کشتMS حاوی NAA که از کارایی کالوسزایی و رشد کالوس بالایی برخوردار بود، استفاده از استفاده از کیتوسان، کالوسزایی و رشد کالوس بنه زعفران را کاهش داده است. بطورکلی، بیشترین درصد کالوسزایی در محیط کشت MS حاوی NAA در دمای ºC 25 و تاریکی بدست آمد که برای مطالعات کشت درونشیشهایی و مهندسی ژنتیک زعفران قابل توصیه است.

در این پژوهش غلظت وانادیوم، کروم، منگنز، کبالت، روی و آرسنیک در خاک و گیاه زعفران در دو شهرستان تربت حیدریه و زاوه به عنوان دو قطب تولید زعفران در جهان، با استفاده از روش فعالسازی نوترونی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. غلظت کروم و کبالت در خاک از سطح مجاز سازمان بهداشت جهانی بسیار بالاتر و میزان غلظت عناصر وانادیوم، منگنز، روی و آرسنیک از سطح مجاز این سازمان کمتر، اندازهگیری شد. هیچ کمبود عناصر ضروری برای رشد گیاه زعفران در خاک مشاهده نشد. برای ارزیابی نتایج آنالیز فعالسازی نوترونی از دو آزمون آماری استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون تی جفت شده نشان داد که غلظت عناصر وانادیوم، منگنز، کروم و کبالت در عمقهای مختلف خاک همارز بوده که بر توزیع یکنواخت این عناصر در خاک اشاره دارد. فقط غلظت فلز روی در بنه و خاک اطراف آن از نظر آماری همارز بود، که میتواند یکی از نشانههای روند حرکتی مناسب روی از خاک به گیاه زعفران باشد. همچنین این آزمون نشان داد که توزیع عناصر جذب شده در قسمتهای هوایی گیاه زعفران یکنواخت بود. محاسبه ضریب همبستگی نیز نشان داد که افزایش غلظت روی در خاک باعث کاهش جذب کبالت و منگنز توسط گیاه زعفران میشود. براساس شاخصهای آلودگی و زمینانباشت خاک تمامی مزارع زعفران شهرستانهای تربت حیدریه و زاوه، بسیار زیاد به کروم آلودهاند. در مناطق مجاور هم در دو شهرستان (جنوب تربتحیدریه و غرب زاوه) سطح آلودگی خاک مزارع زعفران به آرسنیک، متوسط و در منطقه مرکزی زاوه بسیار زیاد ارزیابی شد. همچنین براساس شاخص آلودگی، بهجز زعفران شرق زاوه و جنوب تربتحیدریه که به کروم آلوده بودند، محصول زعفران در تمام مزارع غیرآلوده تخمین زده شد. دو شاخص بار و درجه آلودگی، خاک مزارع زعفران را در مجموع به شدت آلوده ارزیابی کردند. همچنین براساس این دو آزمون بهجز در منطقه شهری شهرستان تربتحیدریه که محصول زعفران در سطح متوسط آلودگی ارزیابی شد، محصول زعفران در شهرستانهای تربت حیدریه و زاوه به صورت کلی غیرآلوده تخمین زده شد.

طبقه بندی زعفران با استفاده از ویژگی های رنگی استخراج شده از تصویر
طبقهبندی زعفران به عنوان گرانترین ادویه از اهمیت بالایی برای مشتریان و تجار برخوردار است. به طور کلی، در حال حاضر دو روش برای درجهبندی زعفران استفاده میشود. روش اول براساس تجربیات فرد خبره و با مشاهده نمونهها انجام میشود. روش دوم تخریبی بوده و با استفاده از متدهای آزمایشگاهی انجام میگیرد. طبق نظر متخصصان، استفاده از تکنیکهای یادگیری ماشین برای طبقهبندی زعفران به دلیل داشتن ماهیت غیر مخرب و خصوصیات بهنگام، یک هدف است. این روش همچنین میتواند باعث افزایش دقت فرآیند درجهبندی در مقیاس صنعتی شود. در این مقاله، یک روش مبتنی بر ماشین بینایی ارائه شده است. با توجه به عدم تحقیقات مستند در مورد این موضوع، جستجوی مشروح جامع در این کار ارائه میشود. تقریباً تمام ویژگیهای رنگ استخراج و در تعداد زیادی از طبقهبندی کنندهها استفاده شد. افراد خبره در ایران زعفران را بر اساس خصوصیات ظاهری به سه طبقه اصلی یعنی پوشال، نگین و سرگل طبقهبندی میکنند. در این مقاله، یک بانک اطلاعاتی متشکل از 440 تصویر از زعفران برای سه کلاس مختلف با استفاده از دوربین تلفن همراه جمعآوری شد. پس از اعمال تعدادی از مراحل پیش پردازش مانند حذف پس زمینه، بریدن و حذف مناطق ناخواسته تصاویر و غیره ، 21 ویژگی رنگی با استفاده از روش های مختلف تحلیل تصویر استخراج شد. برای طبقهبندی از 22 طبقهبندیگر استفاده شدند. مقایسه نتایج طبقهبندی کنندههای مختلف نشان داد که Linear Discriminant ، Linear SVM، Bagged Trees و RUSBoost Trees می توانند در هنگام استفاده از ویژگیهای رنگی، درجهبندی دقیقتری را نسبت به سایر طبقهبندی کنندهها ایجاد کنند. به طور خاص، دراین کار، میانگین دقت 23/82 درصد با استفاده از طبقهبندیکننده خطی SVM بدست آمد.

تعیین ساختار بازارهای هدف زعفران و تحلیل اثرگذاری آن بر صادرات ایران
با توجه به رقابت روزافزون در بازارهای جهانی، نیاز به شناخت جامع بازارهای هدف جهت اتخاذ برنامههای بازاریابی اهمیت چشمگیری دارد. یکی از مولفههای اثرگذار در انتخاب استراتژیهای بازاریابی در سطح بینالمللی بررسی ساختار بازار کشورهای واردکننده است. لذا این مطالعه دو هدف اصلی تعیین ساختار بازار کشورهای مهم واردکننده زعفران و سپس بررسی اثر این متغیر بر صادرات زعفران ایران را جهت پیشبرد ادبیات پژوهش در حوزه صادرات زعفران به عنوان یکی از مهمترین محصولات صادراتی بخش کشاورزی ایران دنبال کرده است. جهت دستیابی به این اهداف از شاخص هرفیندال-هیرشمن برای محاسبه ساختار بازار و الگوی جاذبه برای تعیین نوع اثرگذاری متغیر بر صادرات ایران در دوره زمانی 2017-2001 استفاده شده است. نتایج ساختار بازار نشان داد که از میان 16 کشور اصلی واردکننده زعفران هیچ کشوری دارای ساختار رقابت کامل نبوده و در همه بازارها درجهای از انحصار وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تغییرات ساختار بازار کشورهای واردکننده زعفران در دو دوره زمانی 2010-2001 و 2017-2011 نشان داد که ساختار بازار 7 کشور آرژانتین، چین، آلمان، ژاپن، اسپانیا، سوئد و امارات متحده عربی انحصاریتر شده است و 9 کشور دیگر ساختار رقابتیتری پیدا کردهاند. براساس نتایج الگوی جاذبه، متغیر ساختار بازار کشورهای واردکننده اثر معنیداری بر صادرات زعفران ایران داشته است و رقابتیتر شدن بازارهای هدف موجب کاهش صادرات زعفران ایران شده است. از این رو، با توجه به رقابتیتر شدن بازارهای هدف زعفران، پیشنهاد میشود که صادرکنندگان بر بهبود مولفههای رقابتی خود در بازارها به ویژه بستهبندی توجه بیشتری نمایند. به طوری که مطابق با استانداردهای جهانی، باید بستهبندی براساس نوع کیفیت محصول انجام شود و اطلاعات کاملی به مشتریان ارائه کند.

تحلیل پیامدهای تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی در سکونتگاههای روستایی با تأکید برکشت زعفران (نمونهی موردی: دهستان میانجام شهرستان تربتجام)
تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی در روستا که عمدتاً در اثر فعالیتهای انسانی روی میدهد، علاوه بر تغییرات مستقیم زیست محیطی، پیامدهای اجتماعی و اقتصادی غیرمستقیمی بر زندگی بشر گذاشته است. ازاینرو پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی آثار و پیامدهای کشت زعفران در سالهای اخیر بر زندگی روستاییان در دهستان میان جام از شهرستان تربتجام، انجامشده است. روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی و نوع آن ازنظر هدف، بنیادی است. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از روشهای اسنادی و میدانی (1397) استفادهشده است. جامعه نمونه 10 روستای دهستان میانجام میباشد که بیشترین سطح زیر کشت زعفران را دارند. از مجموع 3444 خانوار در نقاط روستایی نمونه، با فرمول کوکران و خطای (0.08)، حجم نمونه 115 خانوار بهدستآمده است که این افراد با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان میدهد، ازنظر روستاییان تأثیر تغییر الگوی کشت در شاخصهای اجتماعی-فرهنگی با میانگین 84/3 کمترین و در شاخصهای کالبدی با میانگین 4 بیشترین تأثیر داشته است. با توجه به نتایج آزمون T تک نمونهای نیز اثرات کشت زعفران در شاخص اقتصادی با مقدار 56/75، بیشتر از سایر شاخصها است. در توزیع فضایی میانگین اثرات کشت زعفران در سطح روستاها، روستای امغان با رقم 02/4 بیشترین و روستاهای باغسنگان علیا و حاجیآباد با رقم 86/3 کمترین آمارهها را نشان میدهد. نتایج تکنیک آراس برای رتبهبندی دقیق روستاهای نمونه نیز این امر را تائید کرد. در ادامه برای بررسی معناداری ارتباط بین متغیرهای تحقیق و ضریب اثرگذاری شاخصها از نرمافزارSmart PLS استفاده شد، که ضریب مسیر مقدار t مشخص کرد رابطه بین متغیرهای زیستمحیطی، کالبدی و اقتصادی با اثرات کلی کشت زعفران در روستاهای نمونه معنادار و مستقیم است؛ که طبق ضرایب استاندارد، 36 درصد از اثرات کشت زعفران بهطور مستقیم توسط شاخص اقتصادی پیشبینی میشود. با توجه به یافتههای تحقیق میتوان آموزش کشاورزان در رابطه با اشاعه روشهای استفاده از شیوههای بومی و نوین آبیاری در کشت محصول زعفران، آشنا نمودن کشاورزان به اصول علمی کاشت و بالابردن کیفیت زعفران، اصول دقیق برداشت را پیشنهاد نمود.

رتبهبندی عوامل مؤثر بر کسب مزیت رقابتی در بازارهای داخلی و بینالمللی زعفران ایران
فقدان استراتژی مشخص رقابتی یکی از مشکلات مهم شرکتهای زعفران ایرانی در بازارهای داخلی و بینالمللی برای کسب مزیت رقابتی است. لذا، رتبهبندی عوامل مؤثر بر کسب مزیت رقابتی در بازارهای داخلی و بینالمللی زعفران ایران هدف اصلی این مطالعه میباشد. برای این منظور، با در نظر گرفتن نظریهی موقعیت بازار و دیدگاه منبع-محور، در این مطالعه اهمیت منابع بازاریابی و استراتژیهای رقابتی برای یکی از شرکتهای مهم تولیدکننده و عرضهکنندهی زعفران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه، برای جمعآوری نظرات خبرگان شرکت از پرسشنامه مقایسه زوجی استفاده شد. با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی، نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که استراتژی تمایز بیشترین تأثیر را در کسب مزیت رقابتی دارد. همچنین، نتایج نمایانگر آن است که در اجرای استراتژی تمایز، باید به قابلیتهای مدیریتی و قابلیتهای ارتباط با مشتری توجه ویژهای داشت. بر این اساس، بهبود شرایط مالی و درک صحیح نیازها و خواستههای مشتریان از جمله راهکارهایی است که منجر به توسعهی قابلیتهای کلیدی شرکت و کسب مزیت رقابتی در بازار زعفران میشود.
