تأثیر آرایشهای کشت مخلوط با پنیرک بر عملکرد پیازهای دختری و گل و خصوصیات کیفی زعفران در سال سوم
مزرعه زعفران، طی شروع دوره رکود تا گلدهی بدون رشد است و افزایش درجه حرارت خاک و کاهش کارایی استفاده از زمین از جمله مشکلات اصلی تککشتی این گیاه محسوب میشوند. به منظور بررسی تأثیر انواع آرایشهای کشت مخلوط گیاه دارویی چندساله پنیرک (Malva sylvetris L.) با زعفران (Crocus sativus L.)بر رشد پیاز و عملکرد گل به منظور تخفیف اثر تغییر اقلیم و گرمایش جهانی، آزمایشی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد، در سه سال زراعی 95-1394 و 96-1395 و 97-1396 به اجرا درآمد. تیمارها شامل فاصله ردیف 15، 30، 45 و 60 سانتیمتر زعفران از پنیرک و کشت خالص پنیرک و زعفران بودند. نتایج سال سوم نشان داد که اثر آرایشهای کشت مخلوط با پنیرک بر شاخصهای عملکرد گل و پیاز زعفران معنیدار بود. مقایسه بین تیمارهای خالص با مخلوط نشان داد که بیشترین تعداد گل، عملکرد کلاله خشک و عملکرد پیازهای دختری در کشت خالص به ترتیب برابر با 81 گل در متر مربع، 2115/0 گرم بر متر مربع و 51/26 گرم بر مترمربع مشاهده شد. در بین تیمارهای کشت مخلوط نیز بیشترین مقدار برای فاصله ردیف 30 سانتیمتر به ترتیب با 46 گل در متر مربع، 155/0 گرم بر متر مربع و 39/13 گرم بر متر مربع بدست آمد. محتوی کروسین، پیکروکروسین و سافرانال تحت تأثیر معنیدار کشت مخلوط با پنیرک قرار نگرفت. اثر کشت مخلوط با زعفران بر وزن گل تر، وزن خشک گل و تعداد شاخه جانبی پنیرک معنیدار بود. بیشترین وزن خشک گل پنیرک برای فاصله ردیف 60 سانتیمتر با 89/28 گرم بر متر مربع مشاهده شد. دامنه نسبت برابری زمین 77/1-01/1 محاسبه شد که بالاترین میزان برای فاصله ردیف 15 سانتیمتری پنیرک از زعفران بود.

اثر رژﻳﻢﻫﺎى ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ آﺑﻴﺎرى ﺑﺮ ﻛﺎراﻳﻰ ﻣﺼﺮف آب زعفران در خراسان رضوی )ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ باخرز(
به منظور مطالعه عملکرد کمی گل و بنه زعفران در پاسخ به مدارهای مختلف و حجمهای مختلف آب آبیاری و برآورد کارائی مصرف آب آزمایشی در سال های زراعی 1397-1395 در شهر باخرز، به صورت کرتهای نواری در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی اجرا شد. دور آبیاری بهعنوان عامل افقی (فاکتور A) در چهار مدار (15 a1= ، 30 =a2 ، 45 a3= و 90 a4= روز) و حجم آب آبیاری بعنوان عامل عمودی (فاکتور B) در چهار حجم (250=b1 ، 500=b2، 1000=b3 و 1250=b4 متر مکعب درهکتار) انتخاب شد. نتایج نشان داد، که بیشترین عملکرد گل و بنه زعفران در تیمارa2b3 (حجم کل آب 6000 مترمکعب در هکتار) بدست آمد. بیشترین کاهش عملکرد بنه در تیمار a4b1 (حجم کل آب 750 مترمکعب در هکتار) با کاهش 1/72 درصدی نسبت به a1b2 (حجم کل آب 5500 مترمکعب در هکتار) و کمترین عملکرد وزن تر گل در تیمار a4b1 (حجم کل آب 750 مترمکعب در هکتار) با کاهش 5/76 درصدی نسبت به a1b2 (حجم کل آب 5500 مترمکعب در هکتار) و کمترین عملکرد وزن بنه در تیمار با حجم a4b1 (حجم کل آب 750 مترمکعب در هکتار) با کاهش 6/70 درصدی نسبت به حجم a2b3 (حجم کل آب 6000 مترمکعب در هکتار) بهدست آمد. همچنین نتایج بدست آمده از مقایسه کارایی مصرف آب زعفران تحتتأثیر اثر متقابل حجم و مدار مختلف آبیاری نشان داد که بیشترین کاهش کارایی مصرف آب بر مبنای وزن بنه در تیمار a1b4 (حجم کل آب 13750 متر مکعب در هکتار) با کاهش 4/85 درصدی نسبت بهa3b1 (حجم کل آب 1000 مترمکعب در هکتار) و بیشترین کاهش کارایی مصرف آب بر مبنای وزن گل در تیمار a1b4 (حجم کل آب 13750متر مکعب در هکتار) با کاهش 4/82 درصدی نسبت به a2b1 (حجم کل آب 1500 مترمکعب در هکتار) بدست آمد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده استفاده از حجم آبیاری 250 تا 500 متر مکعب در هکتار در مدار 30 روز (1500 تا 3000 مترمکعب در هکتار) برای حداکثر بهره وری آب در زراعت زعفران توصیه میشود.

مطالعه اثر مدیریت آبیاری و محلول پاشی محرک های رشد بر عملکرد کمی و برخی ویژگی های کیفی زعفران
به منظور بررسی اثر زمان آبیاری و محلول پاشی برخی محرکهای رشد بر زعفران، آزمایشی در دو سال زراعی 96- 1395 و 97-1396 در شهرستان زاوه خراسان رضوی انجام و دادههای حاصل از سال دوم (97-1396) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. آزمایش به صورت کرتهای خرد شده بر پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار بود. عامل اصلی مدیریت آبیاری در 4 سطح I1 (آبیاری اول طبق عرف منطقه یعنی 20 مهر ماه)، I2 (آبیاری اول ده روز دیرتر از عرف منطقه (30 مهر ماه))، I3 (آبیاری طبق عرف منطقه به همراه یک آبیاری اضافی ده روز پس از آخرین آبیاری (20 مهر ماه+ 10 اردیبهشت ماه)) و I4 (آبیاری اول ده روز دیرتر از عرف منطقه به همراه یک آبیاری اضافی ده روز پس از آخرین آبیاری (30 مهر ماه+ 10 اردیبهشت ماه)) بودند. همچنین عامل فرعی شامل تیمارهای محلول پاشیG1 (شاهد بدون محلول پاشی)،G2 (محلول پاشی اسید سالسیلیک)، G3 (محلول پاشی کود کامل میکرو)، G4 (محلول پاشی نانو ذرات دی اکسید تیتانیوم) و G5 (محلول پاشی نانوذرات دی اکسید سیلیسیم) بود. در این آزمایش صفات مختلف گل و بنه و ویژگیهای کیفی کلاله تعیین شد. نتایج مقایسه میانگینهای ویژگیهای بنه نشان داد تیمارهای محلول پاشی کود کامل میکرو و دی اکسید سیلیسیم بیشترین تعداد بنه دختری (56/5) را داشتند، به طوریکه کاربرد این دو ماده حدود 25 درصد افزایش نسبت به شاهد نشان دادند. همچنین آبیاریI4 با 06/7 کیلوگرم در هکتار کمترین، و آبیاری I1 با 463/10 کیلوگرم در هکتار بیشترین مقدار وزن خشک کلاله و خامه را به خود اختصاص دادند. محلولپاشی کود کامل میکرو با 275/10 کیلوگرم در هکتار وزن خشک کلاله و خامه برترین تیمار بود. بالاترین مقدار کروسین در بین تیمارهای محلولپاشی مربوط به کود کامل با 5/264 و دی اکسید تیتانیوم با 8/263 میلی گرم بر گرم بود. مقدار پیکروکروسین در تیمارهای کود کامل و اسید سالیسیلیک نسبت به شاهد دارای افزایش بود. همچنین تیمار محلول پاشی اسید سالیسیلیک با مقدار 930/0 میلی گرم بر گرم بیشترین میزان کلروفیل را نشان داد. به طور کلی به منظور کسب حداکثر عملکرد، آبیاری بر اساس عرف منطقه در 20 مهر ماه و همچنین مصرف کود کامل توصیه میشود.

ارزیابی تاثیرتراکم بوته، پوشش گیاهی و سایهاندازی برتعدیل دمای خاک و عملکرد زعفران (Crocus sativus L.)
بهمنظور بررسی اثر پوششگیاهی و سایه اندازی بر عملکرد زعفران (Crocus sativus L.) آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی گناباد برای دو سال زراعی98 -1397 و 99- 1398 اجراء شد. آزمایش شامل فاکتور اصلی، تراکم بنه در چهار سطح (90،60 ،120 و 150 بنه در متر مربع) و فاکتور فرعی مدیریت بقایای گیاهی و سایهاندازی در چهار سطح (حذف بقایای زعفران در پایان فصل رشد به عنوان (شاهد)، حضور بقایای زعفران در پایان فصل رشد، (شاهد) + استفاده از کلش جو به میزان 2 تن در هکتار و در نهایت (شاهد) + استفاده از سایهبان) بود. با توجه به ماهیت فاکتور فرعی، دادههای فصل دوم رشد مورد اندازهگیری و آنالیز قرار گرفت. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تراکم و مدیریت پوشش اثر معنیداری (p ≤0.01) بر ویژگیهای رویشی زعفران (تعداد، طول و سطح برگ) داشته اما تأثیر تراکم و اثر متقابل تراکم× پوشش بر این صفات معنیدار نبود. همچنین نتایج تجزیه واریانس صفات اندازهگیری شده مرتبط با عملکرد نیز حاکی از تأثیر معنیدار (p ≤0.01) تراکم بنه، مدیریت پوشش و اثر متقابل تراکم بنه × نوع پوشش بر تعداد، وزن گل و عملکرد اقتصادی کلاله بود. بهنحوی که بیشترین مقدار عملکرد خشک کلاله و وزن تر گل بهترتیب با مقادیر 16/5 و 411 (کیلوگرم در هکتار) از تیمار تراکم 150بنه در متر مربع و مدیریت استفاده از پوشش کلش غلات و کمترین این صفات بهترتیب با مقادیر 2/2 و 200 (کیلوگرم در هکتار) از تیمار تراکم 60 بنه در متر مربع و پوشش شاهد حاصل شد. بررسی آنالیز رگرسیون گام به گام برای متغیرهای مرتبط با عملکرد اقتصادی زعفران نشان داد که تعداد گل در واحد سطح به تنهایی توانست 59/90 درصد از تغییرات عملکرد اقتصادی زعفران را تبیین نمایند. با توجه به تأثیر مثبت استفاده از پوشش بر تعدیل درجهحرارت خاک در مقایسه با حداکثر دمای روزانه هوا حداقل (7 درصد) و همزمان شدن اثرات مثبت این شیوه از مدیریت زراعی با مرحله گلانگیزی در زعفران به نظر میرسد که توصیه کاربردی استفاده از انواع پوشش بویژه کلش غلات با توجه به هزینه کمتر آن در مقایسه با سایهبان و همچنین دسترسی سهلتر برای پوشش مزارع زعفران همزمان با شروع فصل گرما میتواند در جهت پایداری و افزایش عملکرد زعفران مورد توجه باشد.

تأثیر امواج صوتی شنیداری بر میزان بازدهی پیاز زعفران (Crocus sativus L) در شرایط کنترل شده
اثر امواج صوتی بر پیاز زعفران در محیط کنترل شده و به روش هواکشت بر میزان گلدهی و تولید کلالهی زعفران بررسی گردید. امواج صوتی با تراز فشار صوت معادل 77 دسیبل و در مدت زمان15 دقیقه در روز به دو گروه از پیازهای زعفران القا شد. در گروه اول امواج صوتی با تک فرکانسهای 5/0، 1 و 2 کیلوهرتز و نیز یک نوع صوت موسیقی کلاسیک به پیازها در سه دوره مختلف گلانگیزی، گلدهی و کل دوره (گلانگیزی و گلدهی) القا شدند و در گروه دوم این آزمون بر روی پیازها تنها در دوره گلدهی و با تک فرکانسهای 4، 8، 12 و 16 کیلوهرتز انجام شد. همچنین، تأثیر مدت زمان صوتدهی در مدت زمانهای 15، 30 و 60 دقیقه در روز در فرکانس صوتی 16کیلوهرتز بر عملکرد پیاز بررسی گردید. نتایج آماری نشان داد که در گروه اول القای صوت تک فرکانسی منجر به تولید گل و نیز کلاله زعفران به میزان کمتر یا برابر با شاهد شد، اما این تفاوتها به استثنای تیمار با فرکانس 5/0 کیلوهرتز در دوره گلانگیزی در بقیه تیمارها معنیدار نبود (05/0P>). اعمال صوت موسیقی نیز در دورههای مختلف رشد پیاز سبب کاهش بازدهی گلدهی آن نسبت به شاهد گشت. در میان تیمارهای گروه دوم میانگین مقدار گل بدست آمده در فرکانسهای 4 و 8 کیلوهرتز بیشتر از نمونهی شاهد بود. در تیمار با فرکانس 4 کیلوهرتز که بیشترین مقدار گل و کلاله را تولید کرد میزان افزایش بازدهی گلدهی پیاز زعفران بیشتر از 0/4 درصد بود. همچنین افزایش مدت زمان صوتدهی از 15 دقیقه به 30 و 60 دقیقه در روز سبب افزایش معنیدار تعداد گل شد و بازدهی گلدهی پیاز زعفران در مدت زمانهای صوتدهی 30 و 60 دقیقه نسبت به شاهد به ترتیب 0/6 و 4/10 درصد افزایش یافت.

بررسی ارزش تغذیهای و امکان سیلو پذیری ضایعات (گلبرگ و پرچم) زعفران
این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ترکیب شیمیایی، خصوصیات سیلویی، قابلیت هضم و فراسنجههای تولید گاز برونتنی ضایعات زعفران (شامل گلبرگ و پرچم) قبل و بعد از سیلو شدن انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی (با 4 تکرار) شامل 1) ضایعات زعفران قبل از سیلو شدن، 2) سیلاژ ضایعات زعفران بدون افزودنی، 3) سیلاژ حاوی 88/96 درصد ضایعات زعفران+12/3 درصد سبوس گندم (وزنتر)، 4) سیلاژ حاوی 75/93 درصد ضایعات زعفران+25/6 درصد سبوس گندم (وزنتر)، 5) سیلاژ حاوی 5/87 درصد ضایعات زعفران +5/12 درصد سبوس گندم (وزن تر)، 6) سیلاژ حاوی 75 درصد ضایعات زعفران +25 درصد سبوس گندم (وزنتر)، و 7) سیلاژ حاوی 50 درصد ضایعات زعفران+50 درصد سبوس گندم (وزن تر) بود. تجزیهی آماری دادهها در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. تیمار 2 بهدلیل کپکزدگی و چسبندگی زیاد، از کیفیت ظاهری و بوی مناسبی برخوردار نبود، ولی افزودن سبوس گندم بویژه در سطوح بالاتر (تیمارهای 4، 5 و 6) منجر به افزایش کیفیت سیلاژ ضایعات زعفران شد. ترکیب شیمیایی تیمارهای آزمایشی (ماده خشک 37/54-40/10 درصد وزن تازه، الیاف نامحلول در شویندهی خنثی 35/27-83/12 درصد، الیاف نامحلول در شویندهی اسیدی 45/11-23/7 درصد، پروتئین خام 67/15-88/14 درصد، چربی خام 77/5-43/5 درصد و خاکستر 12/11-89/5 درصد وزن خشک) متفاوت بود. در بین تیمارهای آزمایشی، بیشترین مقدار الیاف نامحلول در شویندهی خنثی و اسیدی (بهترتیب 35/27 و 45/11 درصد) در تیمار 7 مشاهده شد. کمترین مقدار pH و بیشترین غلظت اسید لاکتیک، اسید استیک، حجم گاز تولید شده در زمانهای 12 و 24 ساعت و ثابت نرخ تولید گاز در تیمار 7 مشاهده شد. قابلیت هضم حقیقی ماده خشک از 30/76 درصد برای تیمار 2 تا 95/79 درصد برای تیمار 1 متغیر بود. در مجموع، ضایعات زعفران پیش از سیلو شدن از ارزش تغذیهای مناسبی برخوردار بود، و سیلو کردن بدون افزودنی موجب کاهش کیفیت آن شد. به هر حال، سیلو کردن این ضایعات مخلوط با سبوس گندم بهعنوان یک مادهی جاذب رطوبت امکانپذیر بود بدون آنکه تأثیر منفی بر برخی پارامترهای تغذیهای داشته باشد. از لحاظ کیفیت ظاهری، بو، عدم کپکزدگی و خصوصیات تخمیری محیط سیلو، بهترین شرایط در تیمار 7 مشاهده شد.

شناسایی و اولویتبندی راهبردهای توسعه کارآفرینی و تجاریسازی زعفران مناطق روستایی استان خراسان جنوبی
بررسی چگونگی سوقدهی فعالیتهای سنتی کشاورزی در استان خراسان جنوبی به سمت فعالیتهای نوآورانه و ارائهی راهبردهای متناسب با آن، همواره از جملهی مسائلی بوده که توجه محققین این استان را بخود مشغول نموده است. از اینرو، هدف اصلی مطالعه حاضر، بر بهرهگیری از تفکر کارآفرینانه جهت شناسایی و اولویتبندی راهبردهای توسعه کارآفرینی و تجاریسازی زعفران مناطق روستایی استان خراسان جنوبی تعبیه شده است. در این پژوهش، از رویکرد تلفیقی فرآیند تحلیل سلسلهمراتبی و سوات (SWOT-AHP) بهرهگیری شده است. نخست، با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل سوات (SWOT)، شناسایی و طبقهبندی نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصتها و تهدیدات فعالیتهای کشاورزی در مناطق روستایی استان خراسان جنوبی صورت گرفته است. از آنجا که مسئله تصمیمگیری تحقیق حاضر از نوع چند شاخصه و ساختار آن دارای سلسله مراتبی از عناصر تصمیم وابسته به هم شامل هدف، معیارها و زیرمعیارها بوده است، از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) برای محاسبه وزن و اهمیت هر کدام از معیارها و زیر معیارهای شناسایی شده از طریق تجزیه و تحلیل سوات استفاده شده است. برای گردآوری دادههای پژوهش، ماتریس مقایسات زوجی هر کدام از مولفهها و گروهها با بهرهگیری از نظر 15 نفر از متخصصان و فعالان صنعت کشاورزی تکمیل شده است، که قوتهای داخلی با وزن نسبی 372/0 در رتبه نخست و نیز فرصتهای بیرونی با وزن نسبی 344/0 و تهدیدهای بیرونی با وزن نسبی 148/0و در نهایت، ضعفهای داخلی با وزن نسبی 136/0 در رتبههای بعدی قرار گرفتند. نتایج بدست آمده از این پژوهش نشان داده است که مهمترین راهبرد برای توسعه کارآفرینی و تجاریسازی زعفران مناطق روستایی استان خراسان جنوبی راهبرد SO با شاخص مطلوبیت2/26 است. بنابراین، با شناخت قابلیتها و زمینههای تأثیرگذار بر بخش کشاورزی، امکان توسعهی محصولات کشاورزی منطقه براساس رویکرد کارآفرینی میسر خواهد بود. با توجه به این موضوع، ایجاد و توسعهی بسترهای مناسب جهت بازاریابی و تجاریسازی محصول راهبردی منطقه (زعفران)، اتخاذ تدابیر لازم جهت آموزش در زمینه تجاریسازی، تقویت و حمایت از تعاونیهای خرید و نیز ایجاد شرایط مناسب برای استفاده از تسهیلات بانکی و غیره میتوان در راستای توسعهی کارآفرینی و تجاریسازی محصول زعفران در استان خراسان جنوبی گام مؤثری برداشت.

شناسایی نشانگرهای ISSR مرتبط با صفات کمی اکوتیپهای زعفران زارعی (Crocus Sativus L)
به منظور بررسی ارتباط صفات کمی و نشانگرهای ISSR (Inter Simple Sequence Repeat) آزمایشی تحت دو شرایط مزرعه و آزمایشگاه در دانشگاه زنجان انجام شد. در این آزمایش از 20 آغازگر ISSR استفاده شد و صفات زراعی (شامل تعداد گل، وزن تر کلاله، وزن تر گل، وزن خشک کلاله، وزن خشک گل، طول کلاله، عملکرد زعفران، تعداد بنهدختری، وزنتر بنه، وزنخشک بنه، تعداد برگ، طول برگ، عرض برگ، سطح برگ، وزن خشک برگ، زیستتوده، شاخص برداشت)، صفات فیزیولوژیک (سرعت تعرق، هدایت روزنهای، فتوسنتز) و متابولیتهای ثانویه (پیکروکروسین، سافرانال و کروسین) در طول فصل رشد اندازهگیری شدند. از آغازگرهای مورد استفاده 3 آغازگر دارای تکثیر نبودند و 17 آغازگر دارای تکثیر، چندشکلی نشان دادند. این آغازگرها در مجموع 133 باند را ایجاد نمودند که میانگین تعداد باندها در کل جایگاهها 82/7 بود. بیشترین تعداد آلل مربوط به آغازگر I-8 (15 آلل) بود. اما بیشترین مقدار هتروزیگوسیتی و محتوای اطلاعات چندشکلی درجایگاه I-7 مشاهده شد که مقدار آن 93/0 بود. نتایج تجزیه رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد آغازگرهای مورد مطالعه (9 آغازگر) با اکثر صفات بهجز وزن تر گل، سافرانال، کروسین، تعداد بنه دختری و سرعت تعرق ارتباط معنیداری داشتند و بیشترین ضریب تبیین مربوط به صفات عملکرد (%79)، وزن خشک برگ (%76)، تعداد گل (%73) و سطح برگ (%70) بود. آغازگر I-6 با 9 صفت کمی در ارتباط بود که بیشترین ارتباط را در میان آغازگرهای مورد مطالعه با صفات کمی داشت. این آغازگر با صفات وزن تر کلاله، وزن خشک کلاله، وزن تر و خشک بنه، تعداد برگ، سطح برگ، وزن خشک برگ، هدایت روزنهای و فتوسنتز ارتباط دارد. آغازگر I-6، 11 مکان ژنی را در جمعیت مورد مطالعه شناسایی کرد با توجه به تعداد مکانهای ژنی شناسایی شده میتواند یکی از آغازگرهای مهم در ارتباط با صفات کمی تلقی گردد. آغازگرهای U808 و U834 بهترتیب با 5 و 4 صفت در ارتباط بودند که بعد از آغازگر I-6 بیشترین ارتباط با صفات کمی را داشتند. این دو آغازگر بطور مشترک با صفات تعدادگل، شاخص برداشت و عملکرد کلاله در ارتباط بودند. با توجه به ارتباط مشاهده شده احتمال دارد بتوان از این جایگاههای نشانگری برای گزینش اکوتیپها براساس صفات اشاره شده در جمعیتهای زعفران زراعی استفاده نمود.

بررسی الگوی تخصصی شدن صادرات زعفران ایران در بازارهای هدف
تئوریهای تجارت بینالمللی بر تخصصی شدن کشورها تأکید داشته و شرط انتفاع از تجارت را تخصصی شدن عنوان کردهاند. ایران در صادرات زعفران به عنوان یکی از محصولات مهم و ارزآور کشور به بازارهای هدف با نوسانات و تغییراتی روبرو بوده است که تخصصی شدن در این بازارها را با تردید روبرو کرده است. از این رو، پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که آیا صادرات زعفران ایران در بازار جهانی و بازارهای هدف به سمت تخصصی شدن حرکت کرده است؟ به منظور دستیابی به این هدف شاخص مزیت نسبی آشکار شده و الگوی تخصصی شدن در دوره زمانی 2018-2001 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتههای پژوهش دارای سه نتیجه اصلی است. اول، صادرات زعفران ایران با کاهش تخصصی شدن در بازار جهانی همراه بوده و اسپانیا به عنوان مهمترین رقیب صادراتی ایران در مسیر تخصصی شدن صادرات گام برداشته است. دوم، ایران در دوره زمانی 2009-2001 در صادرات زعفران دارای رویکرد تخصصی شدن بوده است که این موضوع در دوره زمانی 2018-2010 با کاهش تخصصی شدن همراه بوده است. سوم، ایران تنها در 15 درصد بازارهای هدف از بعد میزان صادرات (کشورهای چین، هند، هنگکنگ و آلمان) در مسیر افزایش تخصصی شدن بوده و در دیگر بازارها با کاهش تخصصی شدن همراه بوده است. از آنجا که تخصصی شدن در یک بازار از مسیر شناسایی مولفههای جمعیتشناختی آن بازار عبور میکند، پیشنهاد میشود که انعقاد قراردادهای بلندمدت با مشتریان زعفران ایران جهت اتخاذ و پیادهسازی سیاستهای تولیدی و بازاریابی از طریق انطباق بیشتر تولید و صادرات زعفران ایران با فرهنگ مصرفی بازارها ایجاد شود.
