In order to study weed species diversity and community structure in the saffron fields of Khorasan province, a survey trial was carried out in seven counties (including Mashhad, Neyshabur, Birjandn, Ghaen, Gonabad, Torbat-e Jam and Torbat-e Heydari) during 2014 and 2015 from vegetative growth, dormant to flowering stages of saffron randomly dropped 1×1 m2 quadrates in 50 fields based on a systematic method as W pattern. The counties were clustered by the hierarchical complete linkage method based on Euclidean. Biodiversity indices such as stability coefficient, Simpson, Shannon–Wiener, Margalef and Menhinick were computed. The results indicated that the dominant weeds in saffron fields belong to 19 families and 50 species. Poaceae, Brassicaceae, Asteraceae and Fabaceae were dominant families with 11, 9, 8 and 6 species, respectively. The majority of weed species were dicotyledonous, C3, noxious and annual plants. The highest stability coefficients in the stages of growth of saffron were calculated in Alhagi camelorum, Avena fatua and Achillea millefolium to be 30.81, 24.11 and 12.14, respectively. All weed species except for Alhagi camelorum (sustainable species) and Avena fatua (temporary species) were recognized as causal species. The maximum diversity indices for weed species were recorded at the vegetative phase of saffron. Correlation coefficient between weed density and yield loss of saffron was computed as R2=0.98. Based on diversity indices for weed species, different counties were clustered in three groups at 75% similarity level.}, keywords = {Temporary species,Biodiversity index,Similarity level,Stability coefficient,Noxious}, title_fa = {بررسی ساختار جوامع و تنوع گونه‌ای علف‌های هرز در مزارع زعفران خراسان}, abstract_fa = {پوششهای گیاهی علفهای هرز در بومنظامهای زراعی از تعداد زیادی گونه تشکیل شدهاند که در واکنش به عملیات زراعی ظهور پیدا کردهاند. به منظور بررسی ساختار جوامع و تنوع گونهای علفهای هرز مزارع زعفران استان خراسان، جمعیت علفهای هرز در هفت شهرستان (شامل مشهد، نیشابور، گناباد، تربتجام، تربتحیدریه، بیرجند و قائن) در سالهای 1393 و 1394 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت بررسی از مرحلههای رشد رویشی، رکود تا گلدهی زعفران در مجموع 50 مزرعه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و نمونهبرداری از علفهای هرز به روش سیستماتیک و مطابق الگوی دبلیو و با استفاده از قاب 1×1 متر مربعی انجام شد. گروهبندی شهرستانها با استفاده از تجزیه خوشهای به روش سلسله مراتبی پیوسته کامل بر اساس فواصل اقلیدسی انجام شد. شاخصهای مورد بررسی شامل ضریب ثبات، سیمپسون، شانون وینر، مارگالف و منهینیک بودند. نتایج نشانداد که گونههای هرز غالب 50 گونه و متعلق به 19 خانواده میباشند که خانوادههای غلات، شببو، کاسنی و بقولات بهترتیب با 11، 9، 8 و 6 گونه غالب بودند. گونههای هرز عمدتاً دولپه، سه کربنه، سمج و یکساله بودند. بیشترین ضریب ثبات در مقایسه مرحلههای رشدی زعفران به ترتیب برای خارشتر (Alhagi camelorum)، یولاف وحشی (Avena fatua) و بومادران (Achillea millefolium) با 81/30، 11/24 و 14/12 بهدست آمد. همچنین تمام گونههای هرز بجز خارشتر (به عنوان گونه پایدار) و یولاف وحشی (بهعنوان گونه موقتی)، بهصورت گونههای اتفاقی شناخته شدند. بالاترین شاخصهای تنوع علفهای هرز مربوط بهمرحله رشد رویشی زعفران بود. ضریب همبستگی بین تراکم علفهای هرز و درصد خسارت عملکرد زعفران برابر با 98/0=R2 محاسبه شد. بر اساس آنالیز کلاستر، شهرستانهای مورد مطالعه از نظر شاخصهای تنوع زیستی علفهای هرز در سطح تشابه 75 درصد در سه گروه طبقهبندی شدند.}, keywords_fa = {سطح تشابه,سمج,شاخص تنوع زیستی,ضریب ثبات,گونه موقتی}, url = {https://saffron.torbath.ac.ir/article_46463.html}, eprint = {https://saffron.torbath.ac.ir/article_46463_d8ff339a92ff7f7a617f476c20faa480.pdf} }
