This job is one of the most strenous and most dangerous work activities with approximately 40% of the engaged population living in the developing countries. Iran is the world's largest producer of saffron (about 94% of the world production). Labour has the highest impact on the production of this crop. In this research, a kind of trolley is introduced in order to reduce the mechanical damages on the body of labors during saffron harvesting, and then the results are compared with traditional harvesting methods. In the experiments, the force and strength percent capability of 20 workers as saffron harvesters is evaluated using the 3DSSPP software. Two methods of saffron harvesting namely the traditional method with two common postures (half sitting and bowing) and harvesting while sitting on the trolley are considered. The different postures for the traditional harvesting methods and harvesting with the trolley were simulated and imported to the software. It was found that the most harm on the farmers occurs in their knees with half sitting. Evaluation of harvesting saffron with trolley showed that it results in the  exertion of the least damage to farmers. However, harvesting with trolley exserts the most pressure on the back. However, the pressure is very little compared to half sitting and bowing postures. Hence this simple device is recommended for harvesting saffron.}, keywords = {Human factors,Musculoskeletal,fatigue,Trolley,Software 3DSSPP}, title_fa = {ارزیابی ارگونومیکی برداشت زعفران به روش‌های سنتی و استفاده از ترولی}, abstract_fa = {کشاورزی شغلی است که افراد را در معرض مشکلات بهداشتی به ویژه اختلالات اسکلتی- عضلانی  قرار میدهد. این شغل جزء گستردهترین و خطرناکترین فعالیتهای شغلی است که حدود 40 % از جمعیت کشورهای در حال توسعه به آن اشتغال دارند. ایران بزرگترین تولید کننده زعفران جهان ( حدود 94 درصد تولید جهان) است که نیروی انسانی نقش کلیدی در تولید آن دارد. به همین سبب بررسی وضعیت ارگونومیکی نیروی انسانی دخیل در برداشت زعفران اهمیت پیدا میکند. در این مطالعه بهمنظور کاهش صدمات مکانیکی کارگران برداشت کنندهی گل زعفران، نوعی ارابه (ترولی) معرفی و مورد مقایسه با روشهای سنتی برداشت قرار گرفت. در این آزمونها نیروی وارده و درصد حد توانایی بر روی 20 نفر در نقش برداشت کنندهی گل زعفران و با کمک نرمافزار 3DSSPP در دو روش برداشت زعفران به صورت سنتی (نیمهنشسته و ایستادهی کمر خمیده) و دستگاه ترولی انجام شد. وضعیتهای بدنی مختلف در روشهای برداشت سنتی و نشستن بر روی ترولی به کمک تصاویر گرفته شده در این نرم شبیهسازی شد. بررسیهای انجام شده نشان داد که بیشترین آسیب مربوط به حالت نیمهنشسته و بر روی زانوها است. ارزیابی دستگاه ترولی برای برداشت زعفران نشان داد که کمترین آسیب را به کشاورز در هنگام برداشت زعفران وارد میکند. اگر چه بیشترین فشار با استفاده از ترولی بر کمر وارد میشود، ولی در مقایسه با روش نشسته و کمر خمیده فشار کمتری به اجزای بدن وارد مینماید. لذا استفاده از این وسیله برای برداشت زعفران توصیه میشود.}, keywords_fa = {فاکتور‌های انسانی,اسکلتی-عضلانی,خستگی,گاری,نرم‌افزار 3DSSPP}, url = {https://saffron.torbath.ac.ir/article_55640.html}, eprint = {https://saffron.torbath.ac.ir/article_55640_c522c1bbf8d1838d51ba0fcae1aba5ec.pdf} }
