Journal of "Saffron Agronomy and Technology", is an open access Persian language quarterly published by University of Torbat Heydarieh and in cooperation with the Iranian Medicinal Plants Society. This journal publish high quality Scientific achievements on different aspects of agriculture, basic science medical properties, biotechnology, genetic and plant breeding, processing, food industry, phytochemical properties, economic marketing and other related subjects to saffron. The specialized refereeing policy of this journal is a double-blind peer-reviewed.
